Chariton Valley Beef operates in Iowa and Missouri with the support of South Central Iowa Beef Producers, Iowa Department of Economic Development, Southern Iowa Farm Bureaus and Iowa Farm Bureau Federation, Iowa State University Extension, Iowa Beef Center, Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture, Lucas County Development Corporation, Lucas County Extension District and Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education Program.
CVB serves producers in a twenty-three county area of south-central Iowa and north-central Missouri. We assist producers in evaluating their product and targeting value-added marketing opportunities.
